I understand that commission is part of the business, and I have no issue with being informed if my vehicle actually needs something. What I do have an issue with is being told I need all four tires replaced when they aren’t even a year old. That felt more like a sales pitch than honest advice. I came in expecting a simple tire rotation and balance, not to have to argue about replacing nearly new tires. On top of that, I was told this would probably be the last time they would rotate and balance them, which was surprising considering their condition. The service itself was fine, but the constant pressure to buy a full set of new tires left a bad impression. I expect honest recommendations based on actual tire wear, not upselling. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question whether I can trust the advice I’m given here.

I went in with a slow leak in 6 year old tires and came out with 4 new tires. I am still quite satisfied because Discount treated me right. I got tread life, road hazard and Memorial Weekend sale discounts on the various tires and with an appointment booked on-line ahead I was in and out quickly. The alignment I did was helpful as well. I did not need wiper blades but they checked.

Outstanding customer service 👏🏼 I recently was disappointed that I had missing hubcaps after visiting this location, but the manager and assistant manager took very good care of me. They helped me get new hubcaps, and Mr. Spoon even put them on himself to make sure no further issues happened. This location made me feel like a priority and were incredibly understanding. 5/5 stars!

Maybe get with the times and stop having your technicians man-splain your own vehicle to you for the sake of a sale. Brand new AWD with a nail in one tire, technician insisted I get 4 new tires. When I asked for tread measurements was met with attitude. Got my tire for $100 less elsewhere.

Unprofessional, and lost my brand new bmw valve stem cap that was custom ordered online. The guy that works in the warehouse was unprofessional and didn’t bother looking for it and was rude. Also told me that it was not on there when I brought the car in and it was. Long wait for help and the whole place seemed not to care. The pictures provided the (grey one) is what they stuck on my car. And the other (with the M) is the custom ones I had ordered.
